To enable the send inf of LTA (letters before Action), Serving Court Documents) and the application of general debt recovery procedures
The Serving of Legal Papers Related to (Typically, but not limited to)
- Landlords – Lease extensions including Vesting Orders.
- Court Procedures – Any papers concerned with the commencement of legal proceedings
- Divorce Proceedings, locating a missing spouse to serve papers or providing evidence that a trace has been attempted in order to proceed without service
- Estate Distribution, locating beneficiaries either named in a will or qualifying under the rules of intestacy.
Child Maintenance
Obtaining payments that have been arranged but either fallen into arrears or never collected due to the disappearance if the liable party.
Ex tenants
Who have left a property in a damaged state or with rental arrears for the purposes of financial recovery
As such we would expect enquiries primarily from, Legal Professionals, Local Government, Official Bodies, Housing Associations, Landlords, Letting Agents and Registered Businesses. Enquiries from members of the public will be considered but will be the subject of robust authenticity checks.
Friends and Family tracing services are available to any applicant but only on the understanding that the subject’s consent will be required to release the contact information to the enquirer.
