Find missing beneficiaries – fast, compliant and No Find, No Fee
Who uses our beneficiary tracing service?
Solicitors, probate practitioners, executors, trustees, genealogists and private individuals use our service when someone entitled to an inheritance, legacy or trust distribution can’t be located. A verified current address lets you contact the beneficiary, complete the administration of an estate and distribute assets with confidence.
Even with limited information
Beneficiaries are often relatives the family has lost touch with, or people last known at an address from many years ago. Our agents combine modern tracing systems with genealogy know-how, so we can often trace people even when you only have a name and an old address.
How it works
More than electoral roll data
Many tracing agencies rely mainly on the electoral roll. We combine our own systems with leading private, subscription-only data sources, updated daily from a wide range of records including credit and utility data, company director appointments and mail redirection information.
Guaranteed results for 60 days
The address we provide is guaranteed to be current on the date of your report. If it proves incorrect, or the beneficiary moves within 60 days of our invoice, we’ll retrace the case free of charge. If we can’t find a new current address, we’ll refund your payment in full.
Compliant and confidential
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, process data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and follow Credit Services Association guidelines. Your instruction is handled in strict confidence.

FAQs
How much information do I need?
A full name and last known address are usually enough, even if the address is many years old. A date of birth, previous addresses or details of family members can speed things up.
Do you confirm the person is the correct beneficiary?
We trace and verify the current address of the person matching the details you provide, and where we make contact, we’ll check key details with them. Confirming their legal entitlement to the estate remains the responsibility of the executor, trustee or their solicitor.
Can you contact the beneficiary for us?
Yes. If required, we’ll contact the beneficiary on your behalf, confirm their identity against the details you’ve provided, and ask for their consent to share their contact details with you or your solicitor. If you’d rather make the approach yourself, we’ll simply supply the verified address in your report.
What if a beneficiary can’t be found?
Under our No Find – No Fee guarantee, you pay nothing. Your solicitor can then advise on the options available for distributing the estate where a beneficiary remains untraced.
How quickly will I receive my results?
Most traces are completed within one working day, and all standard traces are guaranteed within five working days. Older or historical cases can occasionally take a little longer. If you need certainty, choose our guaranteed 24-hour service when you order.
