We always operate sensitively and ethically .We will provide you with the current address of the subject which will have been verified and traced via two separate tracing information sources by our expert tracing agents and is guaranteed to be a current address for the subject on the date the trace report is generated.
All our tracing services are offered on a no trace no fee basis. As detailed below, In the unlikely event that we are not able to locate the subject or provide details of their demise should that be the case, then all payments will be refunded, and no further fees will apply.
We will endeavour to process the trace as quickly as we can occasionally, we are able to turn these cases around in a few days but sometimes particularly where we need to purchase certificates – there are delays that are simply beyond our control.
Consent Options
Family and Friend tracing will require both the subject’s and your permission to share each other’s contact information. We pre-obtain your consent on this order form.
We give the subject of the trace 3 options, Consent to release information (address, email or contact number) to you, Consent to pass a letter on from you or Decline. This action allows for compliance with GDPR for family or friend tracing.
If the subject declines to give their consent to release their information to you, then despite the trace being succesful, we will refund to you part of the fee paid as detailed below.
How it Works
Pre-payment off the £79 + Vat fee is required for this service
- If we are unable to identify a current address for the subject – or details of their demise, we will fully refund your payment.
After the subject’s address has been located, we will contact them and ask their permission to release their address details to you.
- If they agree, then we will pass contact details to both parties or act as an intermediary for the purposes of exchanging letters.
Should the subject decline to give their permission or not reply to our contact letters then we will refund to you £40 + Vat of the trace fee paid. The balance being retianed to cover our administrative expenses.
