As such we would expect enquiries primarily from, Legal Professionals, Local Government, Official Bodies, Housing Associations, Landlords, Letting Agents and Registered Businesses. Enquiries from members of the public will be considered but will be the subject of robust authenticity checks.
Friends and Family tracing services are available to any applicant but only on the understanding that the subject’s consent will be required to release the contact information to the enquirer.
We pride ourselves on supplying accurate information in a timely fashion, for example our standard service is to provide a five working day turnaround however we will wherever possible return your results within a day or so, with options to upgrade to a 24 hours service. Please note though older / historical cases often take a little longer.
